Mobile Recharge AE provides an online platform for recharging mobile phones in the United Arab Emirates. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Mobile recharge for various UAE telecom operators
• Processing payments for recharge transactions
• Account management for registered users
• Customer support for service-related inquiries

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.

4. Transaction and Payment Terms

By initiating a recharge transaction through our service, you agree to pay all charges at the prices listed for such services. All fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to users in advance and will not affect already completed transactions.

All transactions are final once confirmed. Refunds will only be provided in accordance with our Refund Policy.

5. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purposes or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Violate or infringe other's rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights
• Use our services to transmit any malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services or related systems or networks
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

The Mobile Recharge AE service, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Mobile Recharge AE and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not copy, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute in any way any material from our services without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mobile Recharge AE and its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mobile Recharge AE and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service or your violation of these Terms of Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact our customer support to delete your account.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
